SWWS Royal Cup
Accor Arena - Paris, France
Attendance: 11,131 Paid
Pre-Show
The Pre-Show panel tonight featured Bison Paine, Chris Slayton, Kimberly Chase, Lillie Saint, and the surprise guest. Nobi graced SWWS with his presence as he seemed delighted to be on the panel tonight. The pre-show host, Luci Summers, talked about the event and gladly heard input from each panelist. Tonight was set to be a memorable night for SWWS in their second-ever Royal Cup event.
Pre-Show Match #1 - Melissa Tasman w/Gavin Paine vs. Justina Jade
The clash between Justina Jade and Melissa Tasman would set the tone for the event, beginning with Tasman and her boyfriend, Gavin Paine, wearing Jerk The Synonymous t-shirts. The crowd, not enjoying the satire portrayed by the choice of attire by the duo, were solidly behind Jade from bell to bell. The match itself began slowly, allowing both women to find their footing against each other in front of the hot crowd in Paris. The speed of Jade was matched by the intelligent attacks by Tasman. As soon as the opportunity presented itself, Tasman took control of the contest by savagely striking the bubbly Jade. With Paine cheering her on in the corner, Tasman managed to slow the match down and continue inflicting punishment on her. Jade began to fire back, garnering massive support from the audience. The match felt like a tale of two contests, one was competitive while the other was showcasing the ferocity of Tasman. Unfortunately for Jade, the latter came into play even stronger in the closing moments of the contest. Despite the deafening chants of “Jitterbug” motivating her, Jade was unable to connect with the Gum Drop Flop, allowing Tasman to deliver a vicious spinout facebuster, followed by the Tasmelian Devil for the victory in 7:21!
Winner: Melissa Tasman
After the contest, Tasman and Paine celebrated on the top of the stage, with Tasman even stating “Jerk, this was for you!” before laughing as the two made their exit. A dejected Justina Jade sat on the ring apron, garnering further support from the audience in Paris.
Pre-Show Match #2 - Ramon Vidal vs. Ted Hot vs. Octavio Medina vs. Kevin Reznor vs. Neron Yago vs. Jessie B in a Six-Man Scramble
The second match of the pre-show featured a Six-Man Scramble scheduled for one fall. Kevin Reznor, former SWWS World Tag Team Champion, found himself in tremendous company. Octavio Medina lit up the audience by leading a conga line around the ringside area during his entrance, even taking the Ladies of the Night that accompanied Jessie B down to the ring earlier. Before the bell could even ring, Ramon Vidal and Neron Yago had their sights set on one another, with Ignacia coaching Yago on what to do to stay away from Vidal. Needless to say, the idea paid off at first, as Yago managed to avoid any attack from the Sun Spider. All six men battled as if their future in SWWS depended on it, finding alliances where they could. Vidal, Reznor, and Medina found themselves teaming up rather often, even completing the trifecta of suicide dives to the outside of the ring on Yago, Hot, and Jessie. Air traffic control was needed throughout the contest as all six men, in one form or another had taken it to the friendly skies to deliver incredible moves, including a stunning Skyhawk Plancha from Medina that garnered a thunderous ovation from the audience. When the dust had begun to settle, it was Neron Yago who ambushed Vidal with a swinging back elbow into a Sunset Yellow Overdrive from Reznor to score the victory for the Rogue Horsemen member in 10:24.
Winner: Kevin Reznor
Pre-Show Main Event - The Vilaro Legion (Miguel & Lorenzo) & The Vegas Strip (Rachel Vegas and Ruby Garner) w/Nicholas Gabriel vs. The Cassette Collective (KC Cooper & Pax Egan) & Titan Australis (Max Woods & Logan Byrne) in an Eight Person Tag Team Match
Earlier in the Pre-Show, The Vilaro Legion approached The Cassette Collective, promising to show them the most beautiful sites in Paris together. The Collective seemed apprehensive, only to be interrupted by The Vegas Strip. Ruby Garner and Rachel Vegas made fun of the Collective, saying they wouldn’t know how to handle men like the Legion. The Collective made the challenge, saying they’d find partners for tonight.
And find them, they did.
The debuting Titan Australis answered the call to team up with Cooper and Egan, bringing Paris into joyful chants of “Qui ne saute pas” from the Paris faithful. The match began with incredible tandem offense from The Cassette Collective and Titan Australis as they were seamless in their teamwork. Unfortunately, it was Nicholas Gabriel tripping Cooper into a double Implant DDT from Garner and Vegas that turned the tide of the match. When it came time for the Vilaro Legion to take advantage, they isolated Cooper further by teasing the allowance for Cooper to tag out, only for the Legion to deliver a savage double team. When it was time, Cooper made the tag to Egan, which brought Paris into a frenzy. As soon as she was able to shock the audience with a beautiful springboard dropkick which sent both Legion members to the outside, Cooper and Egan met in the middle of the ring and caught Rachel Vegas with a Hi-Lo knee strike to bring the rest of the competitors in the match. The momentum of The Cassette Collective and Titan Australis could not be denied as the chants in Paris grew even louder with all four of the fan favorites in separate corners. A four-corner Superkick Brigade from Cooper, Egan, Woods, and Byrne sent the audience into another frenzy, allowing the Cassette Collective to score the victory with the Pause & Play on Rachel Vegas at 15:33!
Winners: The Cassette Collective & Titan Australis
After the contest, Nicholas Gabriel gathered up The Vilaro Legion and The Vegas Strip. As they glared down the aisle at the joyful Cassette Collective and Titan Australis, another wrestler decided to make his voice heard. With the swiftness of a lightning strike, Nicholas Gabriel was sent crashing onto the metal stage. As the crowd erupted in cheers, they noticed that it was Derek Trigg!!! Trigg, having delivered the Eyes Wide Shut to Gabriel, shrugged his shoulders with a grin before grabbing the camera and shouting into it “HALVORSEN!!! I’m coming for you, bitch.” as the crowd erupted in a loud ovation to close out the Pre-Show!
SWWS Royal Cup Begins!!!
The show began its traditional setup, bringing out the executives and announcers for tonight’s event. For the second time ever, SWWS was going to crown the King and Queen of SWWS in this event. Last year, Emmanuelle became the Queen of SWWS with her victory, sparking the road to Homecoming where she won the SWWS World Championship. Tonight could begin that story for any of the competitors in the King’s Cup and Queen’s Cup finals. Asakura? Romero? Clark? Kash? Ravers? Sweet? Grey? Fontaine? Who will headline Homecoming?
Match #1 - Tyrone w/Marisol Vilaro vs. Theodor Pavel w/Alandra
July 2022 was the last time that Theodor Pavel had fought inside of a SWWS ring. In his absence was a void filled with numerous incredible talents, but none have been as frightening inside of the ring as Tyrone. A man on a mission, Tyrone had injured several superstars with the Powerbomb Onslaught. The most brutal was a Powerbomb onto the steel ring steps to Alandra. With her career dangling by a thread after the brutal attack, she announced at Royal Cup, that her boyfriend would be back. Enter The “Hands Of Ice”
The intense crowd cheered wildly during Theodor Pavel’s entrance. Despite her best efforts to suppress the audience with her fingers in her ears, Marisol Vilaro was glaring at the stage in anger. That anger only grew as she saw Alandra leading her man to the ring for tonight’s contest.
With all the pomp and circumstance out of the way, it was time to fight. Pavel and Tyrone met in the middle of the ring. Convinced that his power game was going to control the contest, Tyrone immediately attacked Pavel, only to be met with a vicious leg kick that snapped so loudly that the audience thought gunfire had rung out. Tyrone, wounded with the kick, fought back the only way he could, with savage ground and pound. It didn’t take long for the inaugural SWWS World Heavyweight Champion to fight back, introducing the audience to lucha-based attacks. The change in strategy caught Tyrone off guard, causing him to struggle to regain momentum. All it took was one mistake, however, and Tyrone began to target the back of Pavel. With every vicious slam and backbreaker, Tyrone threw out there, the fans in Paris unleashed louder chants in favor of Pavel. In a stunning moment, Tyrone went for the Powerbomb Onslaught on Pavel, only for the Romanian star to drop back onto his feet and deliver the View of the Lights. Much to the dismay of the audience, however, Tyrone managed to kick out at one!
Pavel took to the skies once more, only to land on the shoulders of Tyrone. The first Powerbomb connected, sucking the air out of the fans in Paris as Vilaro cheered wildly. The Powerbomb Onslaught continued, leading into the famed Spiral Bomb that nearly sent Pavel through the canvas. Just before the three count, Pavel swung his shoulder up to bring the audience back into a fever pitch. Tyrone argued with the referee, only to turn into Theodor, who landed several hard strikes. After Tyrone found himself in the corner, Theodor looked out at Alandra, who simply shouted ‘Flacără’. The fire was burning inside of Theodor, allowing him to deliver the never-ending discus knife edge chops. With each chop landing on point, the chest of Tyrone had begun to bleed on the canvas.
With the momentum in his favor, Theodor looked for the Cavakaze Express. Tyrone managed to avoid the move, but couldn’t avoid a spinning wheel kick, followed by another View of the Lights from Pavel. After wiping Tyrone’s blood on his chest, Theodor looked out at Alandra before applying The Iron Chamber on Tyrone!! With Marisol Vilaro screaming outside of the ring, she could only watch as Tyrone fought the hold. The fight came to an end, however, with Tyrone finally submitting to Pavel’s choke in 18:09, ending the undefeated streak of Tyrone!!!
Winner: Theodor Pavel
Emmanuelle Arrives at Royal Cup and faces off With Runa Olsen
The SWWS World Champion Emmanuelle made her arrival in Paris for tonight’s Royal Cup. She was immediately bombarded by Luci Summers, who asked her about her thoughts on the upcoming Queen’s Cup match. Emmanuelle, after thinking it over for a moment, decided to give only a few words. “I’ll be seated on the throne you see on the stage and I will personally watch that match. Don’t let anyone fool you on this, I will STILL be the Queen of SWWS, no matter who wins.”
As the Champion continued her path, she noticed Dr. Runa Olsen talking to a production worker. Emmanuelle approached, knowing that Olsen’s path to Homecoming had a speed bump waiting for her in the Gauntlet match. The two initially exchanged pleasantries, but it was clear that there was friction between the two following their incredible sixty-minute draw at T3 months ago. While Emmanuelle wished her luck tonight, the Champion made it clear that Homecoming would be a different story than their epic first encounter. Olsen agreed, saying it would be different in more ways than one as she put her hand on the title belt before making her exit.
Match #2 - SWWS Paramount Championship - Jerk The Synonymous (Champion) vs. Gavin Paine w/Melissa Tasman
The new-found best friends of SWWS, the trio of Gavin Paine, Melissa Tasman, and the SWWS Paramount Champion Jerk the Synonymous found themselves in a dilemma. While Jerk was looking to build a friendship with “The Promised”, Paine had another plan in place. After the singing, the dancing, and the gift-giving was done, Paine had his sights set on winning the Paramount Championship. Jerk, having accepted the match, had his full trust in Paine to have a clean match. Would that clean match take place?
During Paine’s entrance, the overconfident Challenger boasted to the audience about how tonight was just the beginning, while Tasman carried a gigantic box down to the ring. The attitude of the two was condescending, talking about their amazing friendship with the Champion. Paris loved Jerk The Synonymous, cheering him wildly during his entrance. While Jerk entered the ring, Tasman hid the huge box under the ring apron in hopes that the Champion didn’t notice.
As soon as the bell rang, Paine immediately hugged Jerk and talked him up. Jerk, confused by what he was meant to do in the match, was asked by the Challenger to lay down and let Paine make the cover. Jerk dropped to the canvas and lay there as Paine went for the cover. Just as the one count took place, Jerk sat himself up, bringing Paine with him as he looked outside of the ring at Tasman with a content laugh. Paine, looking at Tasman in frustration, told Jerk to stay down. Jerk, catching on, laid back on the canvas once more.
With the referee counting once more, the count barely hit two before Jerk shoved Paine off of him and immediately scratched his own back. The frustrated Challenger looked at the referee, commanding him to count faster. Paine ordered Jerk to lay down once more, but the Champion was still working on the itch on his back. Frustration continued to rise as Paine watched Jerk The Synonymous finally stand up. Seizing the moment, Paine charged in behind Jerk and looked for the roll-up, but Jerk simply sat down on “The Promised”! The referee nearly counted to three before Paine got the shoulder up. Jerk stood tall, hearing the cheers and applause from the audience in Paris while Paine struggled to get up. The Challenger got into the face of the referee, threatening him while Jerk watched in confusion. The referee, having enough of Paine’s attempt to swindle a friend, shoved Paine. “The Promised” swung hard at the referee..ACCIDENTALLY HITTING JERK!! The monster within the loveable caveman had come out as a result of the punch, grabbing Paine by the neck and throwing him across the ring. A huge splash in the corner. A high elevated hip toss sent Paine nearly nine feet in the air before crashing down in the middle of the ring.
With the audience hitting a fever pitch, Paine signaled to Tasman before he was unceremoniously lifted off the canvas by the Champion. The Mast Shaker was coming up, only for Tasman to climb onto the ring apron with the box in her hand. After dropping Paine like a heavy club, the Champion walked over to Tasman, who was opening the box in front of him. Jerk looked to push Tasman off the apron, only for Tasman to reveal a gigantic stuffed animal. The bunny, which had been hidden in the box, reached the arms of Jerk as he eyeballed the new present. Tasman shouted, “That’s from Gavin and I! Merry Christmas?”
Overcome with happiness, Jerk clapped several times and hugged the bunny, allowing Paine to successfully roll up Jerk. To add leverage, Paine threw his feet on the second rope while the referee counted to three as the crowd erupted in jeers for the new Champion at 6:43.
Winner and NEW SWWS Paramount Champion: Gavin Paine
The crowd booed Paine and Tasman heavily as they got to the stage as fast as they could. With Paine holding the SWWS Paramount Championship in his hand, he celebrated with Tasman before glancing at Jerk. The saddened Caveman sat on the ring apron, holding his bunny in his hand. In a rare moment of remorse, Paine walked back to the ring and sat down on the ring apron beside Jerk The Synonymous. The lasting image of Jerk The Synonymous and Gavin Paine mirroring one another while holding the bunny and the Paramount Championship showed that Paine’s plan may have worked after all.
Pavel Celebrates His Victory; True Feelings Shown
In the locker room, Theodor Pavel found himself on the receiving end of support from various competitors. Among those in attendance were Alandra, Arata Asakura, Guthrie Graupe, Nikos Mantzios, Pello Mantzios, and Jacob Striker. Asakura and Striker welcomed him back, Asakura even stating that he got fat. The two laughed it off as Pavel turned around to go to his bag, only to see Colton Saint and Zane. Zane immediately hugged Pavel, but Pavel’s eyes didn’t leave Saint. His demeanor changed as he made eye contact with Zane, but would keep looking at Saint.
In his only response to Pavel’s match, Saint stated “Good Match” and tagged Pavel on the shoulder before making his exit. Pavel, glancing down at his shoulder, exhaled in frustration before turning his attention back to Asakura and wishing him luck in the King’s Cup Match.
Despite wiping the shoulder and spending time with his friends, one thing became very evident: There was lingering friction between two former allies.
Match #3 - Gauntlet Match - Dr. Runa Olsen vs. Veronica Taylor & Chantay Lavoie
Dr. Runa Olsen’s road to SWWS Homecoming had taken many twists and turns in 2023. Her victory in the Paradigm Legacy Gauntlet earned her an SWWS World Championship opportunity at T3 against the longest reigning holder of the championship, Emmanuelle. The two clashed to an incredible sixty-minute time-limit draw, giving proof that Olsen was ready for the main event scene. Her request for a rematch came at the worst possible time, however, as Director of Operations Ramesses had announced that further opportunities would be presented to those who hadn’t received title shots in the past. Olsen, after making a deal with SWWS Founder Banch Morgan, learned that she needed to work her way back in. Victory after victory, but tonight was her biggest task yet. The SWWS Paradigm Tag Team Champions Veronica Taylor & Chantay Lavoie were next on her list, leading us to the Gauntlet Match tonight.
The audience in Paris was in full support of Olsen during her entrance, knowing that this opportunity could lead down the wrong path for the good Doctor. Olsen was prepared, however, for the long match that lay ahead.
In a stunning move, Chantay Lavoie received an incredible reaction from her hometown audience in Paris as she started the match with Olsen. That initial wave of support for Olsen had split in half as Olsen and Lavoie locked up for the first time tonight. Veronica Taylor, watching from the bottom of the ramp, had no intention of getting in the ring with Olsen since Lavoie had been preparing for her rematch with Olsen for months.
After a clean exchange for several minutes, the true colors of Lavoie rang out as she resorted to underhanded tactics to take over the contest. Targeting the neck of Olsen, Lavoie continued her onslaught as she looked to end the dream of Runa Olsen’s Homecoming run. The audience in Paris, noticing the lack of empathy in the French starlet, began to turn against Lavoie and support grew louder for the Doctor. The added support added to the fire of Olsen, causing the two to battle toe to toe for minutes before Lavoie regained the advantage after delivering her triple belly-to-belly suplex, known as the Menage A Trois. Rather than going for the cover, Lavoie found herself hotdogging the audience as she demanded their respect. That demand led to cheers, but not the type Lavoie had expected. As soon as Lavoie turned her attention back to the match, she was met with the Superkick from Olsen, leading to Olsen’s victory in 7:41.
Winner of the First Fall: Dr. Runa Olsen
Before the good Doctor could even catch a breather, Veronica Taylor was already in the ring with a savage attack on Olsen. Continuing the attack on the neck that Lavoie had done earlier in the match, Taylor delivered vicious stomps to the back of the neck, concluding with a knee drop that brought the crowd into a frenzy. While Taylor mocked the audience, she pulled Olsen up and mocked her, only for Olsen to deliver a Springboard Enzuigiri to a large ovation from the audience. As Olsen covered Taylor, the referee only managed a two-count before Taylor kicked out.
Olsen was ready to unleash the Superkick, which had grounded Taylor’s partner earlier on. Unfortunately, Olsen’s attempt was countered by a snapping neckbreaker from the Influencer. With both competitors on the canvas, Chantay Lavoie set her SWWS Paradigm Tag Team Championship on the ring apron, just a mere two feet away from Taylor. As Lavoie rushed to the other side of the ring to try and distract the referee, Taylor reached for the title belt to use it to her advantage. Taylor, struggling to pull the title in, saw that Justina Jade was holding onto the other end of the title belt. With Lavoie not even seeing the struggle, Jade managed to pull the title away from Taylor, causing the Influencer to stagger back into a Backstabber from Olsen, followed by a Superkick for the comeback victory from Dr. Runa Olsen in 6:49.
Winner: Dr. Runa Olsen
After the match, Taylor glared out of the ring at Lavoie, screaming at her tag team partner for costing her the match. Lavoie tried to plead her case, getting a hand in her face for her efforts. Outside of the ring, Justina Jade raised the hand of Runa Olsen to celebrate her victory. The path to Homecoming continued for the good Doctor!!
Match #4 - King’s Cup Finals - Steve Clark vs. Silas Romero vs. Kasey Kash vs. Arata Asakura
With the disappointment of last year’s King’s Cup Finals, the fans in Paris were expecting an exceptional match. With the likes of Romero, Kash, Asakura, and Clark, the expectations were going to be met. With SWWS World Heavyweight Champion Jacob Striker sitting at ringside, the battle to find out who was going to face him at SWWS Homecoming commenced.
All the doubts were erased within seconds of the bell to start the match as Steve Clark suddenly grounded Silas Romero with a standing headbutt that rattled the Technical Masterpiece. Kash and Asakura found themselves in a battle of stiff and balanced strikes, with Asakura momentarily gaining the advantage. Kash, showcasing his endurance and ability to ignore the pain, broke Asakura’s momentum by throwing his ribs into the ring post.
Romero, finding his way back into the match, caught Clark off guard with a stunning reverse Gargoyle Suplex that sent the strong Scot onto the back of his neck. Finding the target, Romero continued his onslaught on Clark by driving knees and elbows into the back of his neck. Asakura, momentarily dispatching Kash to the outside, went to war with Romero in the middle of the ring. With the King’s Cup in his sights, the Self Made Man tried for the Ayatsuri, but Romero countered into a roll-through Single Leg Crab. Clark quickly stepped in by applying a Dragon Sleeper to Romero, only for Kash to climb in and put Clark in a sleeperhold. The audience went wild with everyone doing what they felt was needed to secure the Crown. Kash, realizing that his momentum was slipping from his fingers as Clark tried to shake off the sleeperhold, front rolled into a modified cutter that resulted in Clark and Romero crashing to the canvas.
As Kash stood tall, the crowd was growing louder for him. With Romero slowly rising to his feet, he met with his former NAMELESS teammate. Kash and Romero glared at each other before both men stomped away at Asakura. Their temporary alliance was shaky at best, with Asakura fighting back against both men as if his life depended on it. With Kash knocked back, Asakura managed a strong assault on the knee of Romero with savage kicks. With Kash back in the fray, however, things were looking bleak for Asakura.
Clark found himself back into the fold, being targeted by Romero and Kash. They attempted a double suplex on the Scot, only for Clark to showcase his immense strength by lifting both men up and over. His neck was still wounded, but Clark hadn’t given up on himself. He fired Romero, Kash, and Asakura across the ring with separate overhead belly-to-belly suplexes. As he set up for Death By Steel, Clark was met with the Kennedy Curse from Romero! Such an opportunity came for Asakura as he quickly dropped Kash with a stiff elbow, followed by The Double-A.
With all the chips in Asakura’s corner, he signaled for the Raikiri to Romero. The referee had been caught up in some commotion outside of the ring, allowing a hooded competitor to pull Asakura from the ring! With a metallic covering of his thumb, one of the hooded men nailed Asakura in the throat with a spike with the thumb! Asakura was holding his throat outside of the ring as the first hooded man revealed himself to be FUMIHIKO! As the second hooded man approached, FUMIHIKO bowed to the man as he sat up Asakura, only for the hooded man to deliver the Bomaye to the Shogun!! FUMIHIKO removed the hood of the other man, revealing him to be the returning Yoshiharu Kubo!!! The vicious veteran from Shizuoka stood over Asakura, visually mocking him.
With all the chaos outside of the ring, Clark tried to fight back at Romero and Kash once more. An attempted Hammerlock Cradle DDT to Romero was stopped by Kash, who delivered the Madhouse! Not to be outdone, Kash delivered The Lucker Stomp to the Scot. Just as Kash delivered the Stomp, Romero showed his true colors by laying out Kash with the .44!! With the opportunity in his grasp, Romero delivered the GKFO to Clark to secure the victory and to become the new King of SWWS in 18:43.
Winner: Silas Romero
After the match, Romero celebrated his win inside of the ring as Kasey Kash looked dejected on the outside. Clark remained laid out from the vicious assault, and Asakura was being helped by a trainer following his assault from Yoshiharu Kubo and FUMIHIKO.
Lexi Gold Meets With The Sydney Experience
Inside of the locker room, Lexi Gold stood with Katherine Jardine and Maria Brienne, the Sydney Experience. Ahead of their six woman tag team match against KAOS, it appeared that the young Australian ladies were thinking ahead of the match while Gold was ready to pounce on KAOS after the entire mess from months before.

Match #5 - KAOS vs. Lexi Gold & The Sydney Experience
To say that KAOS and Lexi Gold have been at odds in recent months would be an understatement. SWWS Pacific Champion Amber Payne, the longest reigning Pacific Champion in SWWS history, had found herself in the cross-hairs of the Golden Goddess on several occasions. At Straight Flush, it was Payne that made her intentions known as she cost Gold a chance to get into the Queen’s Cup finals for tonight’s event. Instead, KAOS member Kylie Ravers found herself in the match with the victory. A controversial win for Payne over Maria Brienne brought the Sydney Experience into the fold, the last with Nikki Payne scoring a victory over Experience member Katherine Jardine. Things were ready to boil over.
With Jardine and Nikki Payne continuing where they left off on the most recent episode of SWWS Live, the war had begun between both sides. Jardine and Nikki laid into each other verbally, then coming to blows in the middle of the ring. Despite the size disadvantage, Nikki was able to find an early advantage on Jardine. As soon as Amber Payne was tagged into the match, Lexi Gold began to pace on the ring apron as she wanted to take down the Huntress tonight.
With Amber Payne goading the Golden Goddess during the early portion of the contest, it was Jardine who managed to break free and make the tag to Brienne while Gold was distracted with Payne. Brienne, using her size to her advantage, delivered a big boot that rattled the Pacific Champion. Payne, being strategic, tagged in Davina Knox. The two strongest members from each team faced off in the middle of the ring. While it looked like Brienne had rattled Knox with loud chops and punches, it was Knox who delivered a devastating Powerslam followed by a huge splash to regain the advantage for KAOS.
As time went on, KAOS made their quick tags in and out to deliver more damage to Brienne. As Nikki Payne mocked Gold while going for a lateral press, Brienne managed to shove her off into Gold, who clocked Nikki to send her back to the middle of the ring. Salvation was coming as Brienne dove to Gold, making the tag to bring her into the match. Gold was in the ring like a house on fire, taking down Nikki Payne with a hard right hand and sending Davina Knox to the canvas with a high elevation dropkick. Jardine joined in as she and Gold managed to deliver a double suplex to bring the strongest member of KAOS to the canvas.
Amber Payne saw her moment, unleashing a vicious assault on Gold. Knox joined in, delivering an Exploder Suplex on Gold. WIth Jardine being rattled by Amber Payne’s onslaught, Gold was on her own as she had to fight all three members of KAOS. Little did they know, Maria Brienne was on the top turnbuckle behind them. Gold, looking past KAOS, distracted the vicious sisterhood enough for Brienne to deliver a top rope cross body block onto all three KAOS members!
Gold went right for the Champion, leading to the battle of fists and kicks that the SWWS fans had been waiting for between the two for months. The fight didn’t last long in the ring as Payne escaped for the moment, bringing Gold with her. Knox climbed onto the apron to attack Gold, but Jardine came from out of nowhere by springboarding over the ropes into a hurricanrana that sent Knox down to the floor!
Inside of the ring, Nikki Payne delivered a brutal neckbreaker to Maria Brienne. It was time for the Ugly Shot from Payne, who missed her trademark jumping roundhouse, allowing Brienne to connect with the “Aussie! Aussie! Aussiekick!!” to Payne before springboarding over the top rope onto Amber Payne. This allowed Lexi Gold to quickly slide into the ring and deliver the Striking Gold to Nikki for the pinfall victory in 13:42.
Winners: Lexi Gold & The Sydney Experience
After the match, KAOS regrouped on the bottom of the stage. With her Pacific Championship being cradled in her arms, Amber Payne looked inside of the ring at Lexi Gold with disgust. Gold, pointing at the title, motioned for herself to become the next SWWS Pacific Champion. The rivalry was reaching a boiling point, leading many to wonder when Payne would defend the championship against Gold.
The Antique Show Is Coming!!
A video package played for the first ever Antique Show, hosted by the incomparable Dahlia May. Dahlia stated that with all the drama going on in SWWS, only one man can give the world answers to where SWWS is going. She announced that SWWS Founder Banch Morgan would be the first guest on The Antique Show, coming to SWWS Live next week!!
Match #6 - SWWS World Tag Team Championship - Smith & Shane (Champions) vs. Daniel Horror & Jimmy Johnson vs. Isaiah Andrews & Darius Stone
On the latest episode of SWWS Live, we saw a preview for this match as Darius Stone scored a huge victory in the triple threat match. With the Championship on the line, could history repeat itself? Could Daniel Horror & Jimmy Johnson use their differences in philosophy to become Champions, or would Smith & Shane continue their dominant stretch as the SWWS World Tag Team Champions?
The match started with Justin Shane and Darius Stone inside the ring. The initial contact in the ring was an attempt to traditionally chain wrestle. It quickly degenerated to an immediate power vs. will clash as Shane fought to keep the Conglomerate member at bay.
Frustrated by the rapid attacks from Shane, Stone made the tag to Isaiah Andrews to enter the contest. Shane, looking up at the 7’0” giant in front of him, heard Jake Smith ask for the tag. Just like that, Jake Smith had entered the match. Smith, the submission specialist, immediately went toe to toe with Andrews in an attempt to ground the giant. The size advantage played for Andrews initially as he was able to use his reach to land several strong strikes to Smith, but that same advantage turned into a detriment as Smith began to target the knee of Andrews. In an attempt to avoid further damage to his knee, Andrews backpedaled. Seizing the moment, Jimmy Johnson tagged himself into the match, taking Andrews legally out of the equation for the moment.
Johnson and Smith traded various amateur wrestling holds, leading to Johnson frustrating Smith with the impressive nature of his moves and carefree attitude. Smith tried to take down Johnson, only for the Undercard to cartwheel out of the way. More attempts came by Smith, but Johnson kept rolling out of the way. With Johnson gaining the advantage, he tagged in his partner, Daniel Horror.
Horror went after Smith with a relentless assault. Savage forearms and elbows rattled Smith, forcing the specialist to try to ground Horror with an armbar takedown. Using his strong reach, Isaiah Andrews tagged himself back into the match by hitting Smith. This allowed Andrews to take down Horror with a shocking Chokeslam in the middle of the ring to a mixed reaction from the audience. Johnson hit the ring, taking a huge powerslam from Andrews as well.
Having enough of the nonsense, Justin Shane hit the ring and savagely attacked Isaiah Andrews. This brought Darius Stone and Jake Smith into the ring quickly. Smith targeted Daniel Horror while Stone went after Justin Shane. A pier-six brawl began between the six men, all fighting for supremacy. While all three teams fought with their strongest assets, several of the competitors were knocked outside of the ring. Daniel Horror, the only remaining competitor inside of the ring, scaled to the top rope and delivered a somersault plancha onto all five men on the outside as the crowd erupted in cheers for The Daredevil himself.
The brawl continued on the outside of the ring as the referee had lost complete control of the contest. As the legal men had exited, the next two competitors to get in would be the new legal men for the contest. Horror slid into the ring, followed by Darius Stone. As the crowd reached a fever pitch, Horror delivered the Horror Intention to Stone. Justin Shane climbed onto the ring apron, only for Jimmy Johnson to knock him back off.
It was time for the big moment as Horror signaled for the Chicago Destroyer. Horror leaped to the second rope, only to be caught by the throat from Andrews. Horror fought out of his grip and dropped back onto the canvas. After missing a punch to Stone as he ran by, Virginia’s Favorite Monster sprang into a dive, crashing into Horror with a devastating Spear to secure the victory for Andrews and himself in 9:43!!!
Winners and NEW SWWS World Tag Team Champions: Darius Stone & Isaiah Andrews
After the match, Darius Stone and Isaiah Andrews celebrated on the ramp with Marisol Vilaro, Veronica Taylor, Chantay Lavoie, Miguel, Lorenzo, and Kristjan Halvorsen. Justin Shane looked nauseous as he saw the two monsters walk away with the title that once belonged to him and Jake Smith.

With so much going on inside SWWS, there will be drama, violence, and hopefully a wristlock. More details coming soon!
Main Event - Queen’s Cup Finals - Kylie Ravers vs. Taylor Sweet vs. Frankie Fontaine vs. Josie Grey
The big moment was here. Such a big moment that SWWS World Champion Emmanuelle emerged before the introductions to sit on the Queen’s Throne, holding the Championship in her arms. She knew that the winner of this contest would have their ticket punched to compete for the World Championship at Homecoming. Kylie Ravers came out to thunderous jeers from the audience, followed by Taylor Sweet. Frankie Fontaine came out to a chorus of cheers, but it was the reaction for Josie Grey in her home country that drew the loudest reaction of them all.
As soon as the bell rang, all four competitors stared each other down. Emmanuelle, watching from her Throne, studied each of the wrestlers as if she was preparing to wrestle them the next night rather than at Homecoming. As tension continued to rise, all four women suddenly broke out into a brawl. Well, all but Taylor Sweet. Sweet had given herself enough space to where she wouldn’t be attacked. Fontaine, Ravers, and Grey broke out into a tremendous battle in the middle of the ring. Using her kickboxing expertise, Fontaine managed to surprise Grey with a sudden kick to the ribcage and turned her attention to Ravers with a series of kicks to the midsection and legs. Ravers tried fighting off Fontaine, but a spin kick immediately took Ravers out of the ring.
Seizing the moment, Taylor Sweet immediately charged in behind Fontaine and rolled her up for a one count. Grey jumped on Sweet, causing the Entitled Princess to immediately cover up in the corner. The unrivaled intensity of Grey was on full display as she delivered body shots to the abdominal area as well as the face of Sweet. The crowd, in full support of Grey, chanted wildly at their favorite as Grey knocked Sweet to the canvas.
Within moments, Josie Grey and Frankie Fontaine were in the middle of the ring. The staredown between the two former allies had the audience on their feet. The swift strikes of Fontaine rattled Grey initially, but Grey fought back by forcing Fontaine into the corner and pouncing on her with rapid rights and lefts to the head of the former NAMELESS member.
As Grey stood on the second rope, continuing her attack, Ravers immediately got into the ring and sent Grey flying off the ropes with an overhead German Suplex. Fontaine tried to gain the advantage on Ravers, looking for a head kick. In one of the smoothest reversals all night, Ravers caught her leg and delivered an Exploder Suplex to the middle of the ring.
All competitors fought their strongest against one another, hoping to use their strengths to guide them to the crown. The technical prowess of Grey, the power of Ravers, the striking speed of Fontaine, and the cunning of Sweet, were on full display and the crowd continued to eat it up. While it seemed for a moment that Ravers and Sweet were going to team up, Grey and Fontaine reminded the audience of what NAMELESS was all about. While the former allies gained the upper hand on Ravers and Sweet, the union was short-lived as Fontaine drilled Grey with a roundhouse kick to the face! A costly mistake for Fontaine as Sweet and Ravers quickly dispatched the world-class kickboxer from the ring.
Kylie Ravers was quick to seize the moment, looking for the Red Dragon Strike on Josie Grey. Grey managed to duck the kick, applying a Guillotine Choke on the KAOS member. Before Ravers hit the mat, Taylor Sweet suddenly drove Grey to the canvas with a big boot! Sweet, looking for the Sugar Crush, flipped over to apply the modified crossface, only for Fontaine to catch Sweet’s legs. A huge powerbomb came from Fontaine led to a roundhouse kick to the face of Sweet! The crowd erupted in jeers as Fontaine tied for the Ganzo Bomb on Grey, only for Ravers to deliver the Red Dragon Strike to the face of Fontaine!
Ravers was ready to make the cover, but the BING BONG from Grey crashed into the head of Ravers to a chorus of cheers from the audience. Grey, hearing the audience, shouted to the crowd “La couronne est à moi!” before delivering La Haine to Fontaine for the chaotic victory in 21:14!!!
Winner: Josie Grey
After the contest, Josie Grey collapsed against the ropes. Her eyes locked on Emmanuelle, specifically looking at the SWWS World Championship. Grey’s ticket had been punched to Homecoming, ready to fight for the Championship at Michigan Stadium in April. The Champion stood from her throne, eyeballing Josie Grey with a confident demeanor as she raised the Championship high.
The show concluded as Grey acknowledged the crowd while standing on the second rope and signaled for the Championship to one day become hers. One question remained though. Josie Grey had earned the World Title opportunity, but where does Runa Olsen fit into the equation? All these questions and more will be answered on the next episode of SWWS Live!!
So long from Paris!!

Pre-Show
The Pre-Show panel tonight featured Bison Paine, Chris Slayton, Kimberly Chase, Lillie Saint, and the surprise guest.

SWWS announces return to Puerto Rico for Nights of the Caribbean!!!
On February 10th, 2024.. SWWS Nights of the Caribbean will serve as the final stop on the road to Homecoming. Already confirmed for the event is a SWWS World Championship contest as Emmanuelle defends her Championship against Puerto Rico’s own Novia Vidal.
