Emmanuelle & Dr. Runa Olsen Open The Show; Unwanted Interruption
After their instant classic at T3, the SWWS World Champion Emmanuelle met in the ring with Dr. Runa Olsen. They couldn’t get a word in before the audience began to cheer and chant for both names. The Champion simply said ‘You hear them. They want it again.’
Olsen talked about her journey to get to T3 to even face Emmanuelle. Thanking the audience for being by her side for so long, she was ready to make the challenge to Emmanuelle for a rematch. The words brought the audience to their feet, applauding as the Champion agreed to the match.
Unfortunately, Marisol Vilaro & Nicholas Gabriel interrupted the announcement to a massive chorus of jeers from the audience. The Conglomerate Owners made it clear that Olsen didn’t leave with the Championship, thus falling out of the #1 contendership position. There was one, though, that was granted a Championship match against Emmanuelle. The Champion looked confused as Gabriel pulled up the video from months ago when Vilaro challenged Emmanuelle for the Championship, which the Champion accepted.
A thunderous chant of “Bullshit” took over Goliath Studios, leading to Olsen wanting to fight Vilaro herself. Before she could exit the ring to confront the self proclaimed Number One contender, Emmanuelle stopped Olsen by telling her that she would handle the rude interruption and would then face her any time she wanted. Olsen, glaring at Vilaro from the ring, reluctantly agreed to Emmanuelle.
Not what the fans wanted, but Emmanuelle will be defending the SWWS World Championship against Marisol Vilaro at Straight Flush in Las Vegas on June 4th.
Arata Asakura Continues His Dominance Against Andrews
Coming off of his victory against Oliver Bradley at T3, Arata Asakura found himself facing off against the 7’0” giant of the Conglomerate in Isaiah Andrews. At first, Andrews used his size advantage to keep a distance between himself and the Self Made Man. The speed of Asakura began to shine through with a series of leg kicks to neutralize the giant.
Not to be deterred, Andrews fired back with a series of strikes of his own. With a vicious spinebuster, Andrews managed to get a two count. With Asakura maintaining his composure throughout the contest, he was able to avoid the massive big boot from Andrews, countering it into a quick kneebar for the submission victory in 8:33!!
After the victory, Asakura noticed the spotlight shown on Silas Romero. The Knockout Supreme looked like he was writing a book full of notes about Asakura during the contest. Could a battle between these two be on the horizon?
Hype Video for Tonight’s Main Event
A video airs, showcasing the experience and success of KAOS members Davina Knox and Kylie Ravers as previous SWWS Paradigm Tag Team Champions. They began their reign at Blind Date with a victory over Crimson Bouquet, but it came to an end in June of 2022 with a defeat against The Inevitable at the Royal Cup. Despite their loss, they continued to be a dominating force in SWWS against the greatest of foes.
Meanwhile, the chemistry in the ring between Josie Grey & Frankie Fontaine was shown. The two seemed to enjoy singles success, always supporting each other backstage as members of NAMELESS. Their recent efforts at T3 in the Four Way Dance for the SWWS Pacific Championship was on full display, including a miscommunication that led to Amber Payne retaining the Championship. Were things forgiven? We’ll find out later on tonight.
The Crimson Bouquet Scores Victory In Their Tag Team Return
One of the most beloved teams in SWWS, the Crimson Bouquet returned to the ring as a tandem. Showing her true colors at T3 by defending Lillie Saint, Crazy Violet looked to have embraced the audience once more. Their opponents, The Vegas Strip consisting of Rachel Vegas and Ruby Garner, had been a force on the Michigan Pro scene. Both teams showcased what brought them to the dance early on, showing great teamwork against one another.
It took one missed step by Saint that allowed Garner and Vegas to take advantage of the situation. Cutting off the ring from Crazy Violet, the Strip kept Saint at bay by targeting her back.
The momentum didn’t last long, as Saint was able to make the hot tag to Violet. Back to her old form, Violet completely wiped out Vegas and Garner with a suicide dive to the outside. After a tandem superkick to Vegas, Violet and Saint finished the contest in decisive fashion with the Forget Me Not in 7:56!!
After securing the victory, the Crimson Bouquet celebrated with the audience while a dejected Vegas Strip went backstage.
For the Gold?
Backstage, Lexi Gold was greeted by Pazia Mantzios. She spoke of the match at T3 as a chance to learn from defeat. She cited Edward Cronin as one of the best rising stars in wrestling, but she needed to decide on what she would do next.
When asked by Pazia regarding what she would like to do next, Gold simply said “Time to get some gold around here.”
Taylor & Lavoie Victorious; Damage Inflicted
The newly crowned SWWS Paradigm Tag Team Champions Veronica Taylor & Chantay Lavoie made their first appearance since winning the titles in Miami. Their opponents, Olga and Marla Rain. Unfortunately for the newcomers, they were attacked before the bell even sounded by the Champions.
After making quick work of Marla, Taylor and Lavoie put their focus on Olga. Despite the tenacity of the young lady, it was Lavoie’s Tornado Kick followed by Taylor’s Exed Out that put her down for the count in 3:49.
The Conglomerate members weren’t finished as Marisol Vilaro invited Tyrone into the ring. He punished Marla Rain with five powerbombs on Olga, followed by a Spiral Bomb. Taylor and Lavoie laughed at their opponents, boasting about the power of Tyrone.
Kasey Kash Reflects On The Loss
Inside of the locker room, Kasey Kash spoke candidly about losing the SWWS Paramount Championship at T3. He pointed out that he carried the title with his best, defending it any chance he could, including several international live events against anyone who wanted the opportunity. While he didn’t hold a grudge against Jerk The Synonymous for winning the title, he did say that he wanted to move onto something a little bigger.
Could Kasey Kash challenge for the SWWS World Heavyweight Championship?
Gavin Paine Gets Humbled?
Pazia was backstage with Gavin Paine & Melissa Tasman. Paine bragged about taking out Pio Costa following their match at T3. He said that a fluke victory wasn’t going to keep him from being the star of the show. Tasman applauded Paine’s efforts, pointing out that her man was a gentleman, hence why Novia Vidal didn’t leave Miami in an ambulance.
Vidal arrived on the scene, verbally jousting Tasman until Paine stepped in the way. He shouted at Vidal, mocking her for failing to protect the little Italian. Just when he thought he was going to walk away without any effort, Vidal smacked Paine across the face. Tasman and Vidal clashed in the hallway, having to be separated by security. Paine attempted to cheapshot the distracted Vidal, only for Ramon Vidal to step in the way to lead into a staredown.
It appears as there will be a mixed tag team match at Straight Flush in Las Vegas between Gavin Paine & Melissa Tasman and Ramon & Novia Vidal. Will they even wait that long?
Steve Clark Scores Victory; Huge Announcement
In a very tough contest, Steve Clark and Jessie B battled to regain any lost momentum they could find. The dirty tactics of Jessie gained him an early advantage against the powerhouse. With Clark struggling to gain the ground, this allowed Jessie to nearly put him away with a rope draped DDT. There was still plenty of fight left in him.
It was then that Jessie went to the top rope, only to be hit mid-air with a headbutt from Clark. A Claymore Kick ended the run of the brash superstar to get Clark the victory in 5:29!!
After the match, Banch Morgan appeared on the video wall. He spoke highly of Steve Clark, citing that he was one of the best professional wrestlers on the planet. Only the true best, however, could be the King of SWWS. Last year at the Royal Cup in London, they crowned a weak King while Emmanuelle proved to be the most dominant Queen in wrestling today.
This year, they’re going to Paris for The Royal Cup. Morgan stated he hoped there wasn’t going to be a Reign of Terror coming to them as they crown the 2023 King and Queen of SWWS on June 25th.
Not finished, Morgan congratulated Clark on the victory, announcing that he was moving on in the King’s Cup. His first round opponent is going to be Kain Reyes.
Other first round matches for the King’s Cup include…
Arata Asakura vs. Tyrone
Oliver Bradley vs. Silas Romero
And Kasey Kash vs. Daniel Horror
The winner of the King’s Cup will move onto Homecoming in August to face the SWWS World Heavyweight Champion.
On the flip side, Morgan also announced the competitors for the 2023 Queen’s Cup!!
First Round Matches Include..
Josie Grey vs. the returning Michelle Jenkins
Davina Knox vs. Frankie Fontaine
Lexi Gold vs. Kylie Ravers
And Taylor Sweet vs. Either Amber Payne or Maria Brienne, depending on who wins next week’s Pacific Championship contest.
Who will be given the crown at the Royal Cup in Paris?
Jacob Striker’s Celebration Interrupted; Straight Flush Match Announced
Newly crowned SWWS World Heavyweight Champion Jacob Striker arrived on the scene for the first time since winning the Championship in Miami. Striker thanked SWWS for giving him the opportunity to hold the Championship and stated that he wasn’t going to be a short term Champion like his opponent at T3. The victory was tough, but he reminded the audience that he was going to be victorious against any challenger.
This brought out Marisol Vilaro..Again.. Vilaro argued that Striker only came away with the victory due to interference from the chronic bitchers like the Crimson Bouquet, Daniel Horror, and Jimmy Johnson. Striker shut down Vilaro by saying that he won because he was better, simply put. Vilaro was quick to argue back, until Nicholas Gabriel stepped in. He calmed down Vilaro, stating that he already talked to Kaden Farmer. The official match at Straight Flush was going to be Jacob Striker defending against Kristjan Halvorsen in a rematch.
Despite the announcement, Striker didn’t seem to be bothered. This irritated Vilaro, who threatened to get into the ring herself to fight the Champion, only for Halvorsen to ambush Striker from behind with the Loaded Lariat!! Gabriel casually grabbed the SWWS World Heavyweight Championship, handing it to Halvorsen.
Grey & Fontaine Tear The House Down With KAOS to Mixed Results
In our main event of the evening, KAOS members Davina Knox and Kylie Ravers battled the former NAMELESS allies Josie Grey & Frankie Fontaine. Despite their dissension at T3, Fontaine and Grey agreed to team up as a way to get revenge on KAOS for Amber Payne’s successful defense.
Right from the start, all four competitors battled it out in the middle of the ring. With Fontaine in a battle against Knox, Ravers got into a battle of stiff punches with Grey that escalated to a battle outside of the ring.
Before you could blink, all four of them were battling outside of the ring. Grey dispatched Ravers over the guardrail, allowing her to team up with Fontaine to battle Knox. The powerhouse of KAOS managed to fight the two off initially, but the tenacity of Fontaine and Grey seemed to overwhelm her. Ravers was back to help Knox, assisting Knox in a successful double suplex to Fontaine and Grey on the steel ramp!!
The referee gave up on trying to get the four competitors back into the ring. Amber and Nikki Payne made their way out to assist their KAOS sisters in gaining the advantage on Fontaine and Grey. This brought out the Sydney Experience, consisting of Maria Brienne and Katherine Jardine. Jardine and Brienne battled with both Payne sisters, leading to an eight way brawl outside of the ring.
Once they were in the ring, Davina Knox delivered the Exploder Suplex to Fontaine. Grey followed in with a Spear on Knox. A Snapdragon Suplex took down Josie Grey. Jardine stopped Nikki Payne with a spinning heel kick. Amber Payne took down Jardine with a Fisherman Neckbreaker. Payne turned around as Brienne charged in with authority. The big boot from Brienne missed Payne, hitting Grey with the boot by accident!! Fontaine tried to confront Brienne, only for The Payne sisters to attack Fontaine. Grey slowly fought back against Ravers, turning into Knox’s Megaton Slam for the upset victory in 18:31!!!
With their sudden victory, KAOS exited the ring as a group. Payne mocked the four for failing to get the victory, leaving Josie Grey sitting in the middle of the ring. Fontaine checked on Grey, trying to calm her down. Even the Sydney Experience were trying to cool her down. Just when things seemed to be settled, however…GREY AMBUSHED KATHERINE JARDINE!!!
As the frustrated Grey pounced on Jardine with a flurry of right hands, Fontaine and Brienne tried to pull her off. A wild fire in the eye of Grey showed an intensity that hadn’t been seen before in SWWS. As the show came to a close, Grey was firing off verbally at Fontaine and Brienne for constantly screwing up as KAOS members laughed from the top of the stage.
Has Josie Grey reached her breaking point?
