Pre-Show Opening Contest
Neron Yago w/Ignacia vs. Pello Mantzios
In this opening contest on the pre-show, we had a chance to see the former Raul Ramirez. Rechristened as Neron Yago from his Wrestleworld fame, he went to battle with the exciting rookie from Cyprus, Pello Mantzios. The match started at a frantic pace as both men looked to outwrestle one another, but Mantzios managed to get the upper hand on a stunning uppercut. The crowd in Miami was red hot for Yago though, even booing the normally loved Mantzios. The speed of Yago paid off, though. Without resorting to dirty tricks inside of the ring for one night only, Yago managed to stun the audience with a sky twister to the outside of the ring to a chorus of cheers. With Ignacia cheering her man on, Yago put down the rookie with a standing 450 Splash for the victory in 5:43.
After the match, Yago soaked in the cheers from the audience. He knew that he would get a different response anywhere else, but Miami seemed like home.

Opening Match
T3 Semi Finals Match
Justin Shane & Jake Smith vs. Daniel Horror & Jimmy Johnson
In the first of two T3 Semi Final matches tonight, Justin Shane & Jake Smith looked to secure their second consecutive Finals as they went to battle with the newly formed team of Daniel Horror & Jimmy Johnson. What surprised much of the audience was the natural chemistry that Johnson and Horror had together in the ring. They were smart, making quick tags and seizing any advantage they could get on the veteran team. It took one mistake for the match to swing back into the favor of Smith & Shane as the technical prowess of Smith kept Johnson isolated. Johnson broke free, finding his way to Horror as the Daredevil of SWWS wow’d the audience with a suicide dive that took Smith, Shane, AND Johnson to the floor. Despite his best efforts to maintain control of the contest, Horror found himself on the receiving end of a double knee strike to each side of the head. Johnson fought his way through, managing to tag in. Even then, after minutes of effort from The Undercard, Smith & Shane managed to secure the victory with an elevated double team DDT for the victory in 14:21.
Justin Shane & Jake Smith have advanced to the Finals of the T3 and will face either The Rogue Horsemen or The Spirit Angels tomorrow night.
Four Way Dance
SWWS Paramount Championship
Kasey Kash vs. Kain Reyes vs. Jerk The Synonymous vs. MDK
Our first Championship match of the night featured four of the most unique competitors in SWWS today. While Kash and MDK paired off early on, Jerk and Reyes tested each other out to see how they were going to proceed against the Champion. The civility didn’t last very long, as Reyes showed his aggression against the Caveman, knocking him out of the ring. Kash found himself on the receiving end of a series of vicious strikes from MDK and Reyes, leading to Kash firing away at the two with live rounds. The lack of weapons seemed to take Kash out of his familiar element, but his fight was growing stronger as the three exchanged blows. By the time Jerk re-entered the match, he fought the Champion exclusively. MDK and Reyes battled strongly outside of the ring, nearly spilling the action into the audience. Kash went for the Lucker Stomp on Jerk, but the strongman countered into a sitout powerbomb for a two count. MDK was back in action, delivering a stunning Chin-Check to Jerk. He wasn’t safe, however, as Reyes was back in and delivered the Hot Shot to MDK. As luck would have it, Reyes and Jerk were battling once again, allowing Kash to deliver a beautiful Lucker Stomp. Had it not been for Reyes intervening, Kash would have won the match right there. The two battled close to the ropes, eventually knocking each other out of the ring as MDK was eyeing a suicide dive to the outside on both men. As he would springboard up, he was caught by Jerk The Synonymous over his shoulder. A vicious Mast Shaker was what it took to put down MDK for the pinfall at 12:18, crowning Jerk The Synonymous as the NEW SWWS Paramount Champion!!!
Respect Match
Arata Asakura vs. Oliver Bradley
In a match that was a telling story of redemption, Asakura and Bradley took a significant amount of time early on to figure out each other’s style. Both men, well-versed in their strikes and technical wrestling, battled strongly to gain the upper hand. The frantic pace the two had as soon as they could capitalize was awe-inspiring as Asakura blocked the crescent kick from Bradley, while the former Congregation member narrowly avoided decapitation by ducking the lightning fast kick thrust kick from the Shogun. This was where Bradley took his grappling to the next level, stunning Asakura with a series of German Suplexes followed by a final Half and Half Suplex. Asakura didn’t stay down long, but his bell rang on the last suplex. The Self Made Man managed to even the score with a series of knee strikes to the chin of Bradley, looking for the Painkiller. Much to the shock of everyone in Miami, Bradley scored the first near fall of the contest by rolling through the Painkiller into a sunset flip. Even Asakura couldn’t believe it, bringing out his aggressive side with a charging kick to Bradley’s face. Despite Bradley fighting back with a series of strikes, he was grounded once more, allowing Asakura to take flight with a Blessing of the Sky for a long two count.
Despite the setback, Bradley was back in the hunt after dropping Asakura with a snapping brainbuster followed by a cross armbreaker. The Shogun used his ring awareness to push off the ropes and cradle Bradley in for another long two count. The near falls were catching up to Asakura, causing him to fight even harder with more brutal kicks to the chest, including a knee strike to the nose of Bradley to bust him open. The fighting spirit of Bradley showed as he drove in a shocking headbutt to the face of Asakura, followed by the crescent kick to knock him out of the ring. A cannonball plancha through the ropes sent both men crashing into the guard rail. With the new fire inside of him, Bradley brought the fight and Asakura back into the ring. The two traded a series of stiff kicks and forearms, eventually crashing into one another. Still, they wouldn’t fall. As Bradley tried to regain the offensive, Asakura shocked him with an Ayatsuri. It seemed to be all over for Bradley, but Asakura wanted to end it on a high note as he climbed to the top rope. Bradley was hot on his trail, showing his fight once more as he stopped the Shogun as he was perched. Bradley hooked in and was ready for the Dark Days Ahead, only for Asakura to lock himself in and headbutt Bradley to the bridge of the nose once more. Bradley hit the canvas, allowing Asakura to capitalize with The Golden Dragon for the pinfall victory in 20:09!!!
The match received a standing ovation from the audience. Asakura and Bradley squared off after the match with the Shogun willing to shake the hand of the frustrated Bradley. Instead of shaking his hand, however, Bradley slapped it away. Instead, he gave Asakura a respectful bow and then shook his hand as a sign of true sportsmanship. A wonderful match between both men could happen again one day.
T3 Semi Finals Match
The Rogue Horsemen vs. The Spirit Angels
Right from the outset of the match, there was an obvious size difference between the two teams. The Rogue Horsemen of the Blitzkrieg division took on The Spirit Angels of the Paradigm division. With Matsuda and Rhodes starting the contest off, it actually appeared that the inexperienced Joshi team were going to run away with the victory after Rhodes found himself on the receiving end of stereo kicks and a double spin kick from Matsuda and Sato. When Reznor entered the fray, he was struck as well from those kicks. This caused both Rhodes and Reznor to make their exit from the ring, only to take double springboard crossbody blocks, bringing the fans at the Watsco Center to their feet. Just when it seemed that Sato was going to be able to get Rhodes into the ring, however, The Black Leg delivered a backbreaker onto the ring apron to bring the momentum back to the SWWS World Tag Team Champions. It was here that Reznor and Rhodes made the quick tags and targeted Sato.
The momentum, while nice for the Horsemen, didn’t last very long as Matsuda was able to make the hot tag to even the odds. She knew how to work her way around the competitors in the ring, hitting a triple rotation Tornado DDT on Reznor, using Rhodes as a catapult. Sato joined her as the two managed to deliver stereo superkicks to Rhodes, followed by one to Reznor. With Chris Slayton watching outside of the ring, the Horsemen were getting feedback from the veteran, citing his frustration until Rhodes aggressively kicked Sato out onto the ring apron. The irish whip to Matsuda led to the blind tag, allowing Sato to deliver Ai No to Rhodes. Reznor broke the pinfall attempt, even catching Matsuda diving at him. As soon as Matsuda was grounded with a powerslam, Rhodes aggressively powerbombed Sato onto her own partner. What came next was the Cromwell Invocation to Sato for the victory in 17:42.
With that victory, the finals of 2022’s T3 will be taking place again tomorrow night. The Rogue Horsemen defending the SWWS World Tag Team Championship against Jake Smith and Justin Shane!!
SWWS Paradigm Tag Team Championship
The Inevitable vs. Veronica Taylor & Chantay Lavoie of the Conglomerate
The city of Miami was ready to see Kimberly Chase and Alandra leap into the crowd with another successful title defense. To get there, however, they had to overcome the team of Veronica Taylor and Chantay Lavoie. The two ladies forcefully accepted the open challenge to face the Champions tonight, including a series of attacks on the team that nearly rendered Alandra disabled to compete. With Marisol Vilaro and Tyrone at ringside for tonight’s contest, it was sure to be problematic for the Champions. Still, the match started without a hitch. Kimberly Chase took control of the contest by overwhelming Lavoie. Even Taylor struggled to garner any offense as she attempted to take down Chase, but Alandra stepped in to team with her best friend. Even with her back appearing to be injured, Alandra helped Chase knock both Lavoie and Taylor out of the ring, following up with a double suicide dive to the outside. Vilaro angrily shouted at the referee to take control of the match, but the distraction proved helpful as Taylor threw Alandra back first into the steps. This essentially made the match two on one in favor of Taylor and Lavoie.
Despite their double team attacks, the Conglomerate members were unable to keep Chase down for long. The Mastermind fought her way back, managing to break apart the double team attempts before they proved to be too much. The numbers game was catching up to Chase. When all seemed impossible, Chase managed to take down Taylor and made the hot tag to Alandra. Alandra fired at both Lavoie and Taylor like she had a death wish. Chase and Alandra, looking for Best of Both Worlds, found themselves distracted by Vilaro. The protein powder was thrown at them, but both women managed to avoid it. They chased Vilaro off the apron, leading to Alandra attempting a springboard cross body onto Vilaro, but was caught by Tyrone. Vilaro’s bodyguard savagely powerbombed Alandra onto the ring steps for the second time in a month, following it up with a powerbomb onto the ring apron before throwing Alandra into the ring. Taylor took advantage by hitting Exed Out. Chase tried to fight through Lavoie, but Alandra managed to kick out at the last possible second!! Taylor looked down at Alandra, refocusing her attention on Chase. Chase found herself able to fight back, but noticed the referee checking on Alandra as well. Before she even knew what happened, the bell rang…
Was it a disqualification for Tyrone attacking one of the Champions? The referee told ring announcer Joslin Turner of his decision… that Alandra was unable to continue the match. Due to that, the referee stopped the contest in favor of Taylor and Lavoie…GIVING THEM THE SWWS PARADIGM TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS AS A RESULT!!!
This brought Veronica Landis out to ringside to see if she needed to overrule the decision. Upon seeing the state that Alandra was in, Landis reluctantly agreed. Chase, despite the disappointment, helped Alandra out of the ring with the trainers as Veronica Taylor and Chantay Lavoie stood tall inside of the ring as the new Champions.
Main Event
SWWS World Championship
Emmanuelle vs. Dr. Runa Olsen
The hype going into this match was centered around the respect that the two had for one another. They even fought side by side for a moment but tonight was about the SWWS World Championship. The stakes were high and the tension was thick as the bell rang to kick off the main event for the night.
The match started simple enough, as the Champion utilized her gameplan to keep Olsen at bay from landing any big moves early on. Avoiding Olsen’s Superkick proved key, frustrating the challenger. Olsen had to change her gameplan, but it worked out as she managed to take Emmanuelle to the mat, grounding the Platinum Standard with a front facelock as she was trying to restructure her own plan. She didn’t get much time to think about it though, as Emmanuelle was able to work her way back up. After running her into the corner and delivering a Northern Lights Suplex for a quick one count, Emmanuelle smirked at Olsen. The two combatants found themselves battling it out once again for supremacy, trading rights and lefts until Emmanuelle stopped her with a knee lift and went for a side suplex, only for Olsen to drop onto the ring apron. Emmanuelle tried to suplex her back in, but Olsen brought the Champion over the top rope, immediately delivering a swinging neckbreaker off the apron to the outside to a thunderous reaction from the Miami crowd. The impact of the hit affected Olsen as well, but the Champion was struggling to get back up to continue. As soon as Olsen got back into the ring, she was met with a one count on the cover.
The Champion seemed to be on the defensive as Olsen delivered an onslaught of strong suplexes, completing the trifecta of back suplexes before finishing it off with a strong faceplant on the final attempt. Again, the Champion kicked out. With Olsen on the attack, Emmanuelle began to cover herself from the body shots and punches from the challenger, goading her into one more strike which allowed Emmanuelle to hit the Cross Counter, followed by the Milan Miracle for a near fall. Olsen staggered back as she got up, trying to recover from the stiff right hand, but was met with a series of roundhouse kicks to the ribs and chest while entangled in the corner. It was then that Emmanuelle went for the Malibu Shine, forcing Olsen out of the corner. Unfortunately for the Champion, she was pushed onto the top rope and shoved over the ropes by Olsen!! Emmanuelle’s leg appeared to have gotten caught in the middle and top rope, nearly hyperextending her knee. In a sign of sportsmanship, Olsen helped Emmanuelle out of the ropes but suddenly pulled her into a dragon screw leg whip, followed by a rolling leg lock in the middle of the ring!
The Champion, who was nearing the twenty minute mark in the match, scrambled in an attempt to escape the hold. She found her way out, but the damage was done to her knee. Olsen remained on the attack, targeting the knee with a series of strikes against her including a leg stretch that was threatening to hyperextend the knee once more. Emmanuelle fought her way off, even catching her with a blunt elbow to the face of the Challenger. Just when Olsen was ready to respond, Emmanuelle caught her with a weakened Pasadena Bomb for a two count. The power of the Champion should be respected as she wasn’t able to fully lift Olsen from the mat with her legs alone, she needed core power to succeed. Even then, the stamina factor was beginning to set in on both women.
Around the thirty minute mark, the two continued battling it out in the middle of the ring. Every suplex was countered into another suplex attempt, Emmanuelle’s Alto Livello was not an option once she had the Good Doctor on the canvas. Instead, she decided to try for the Malibu Shine once again. Despite the best efforts of Olsen, she found herself planted on the canvas for another near fall. Frustration had finally hit Emmanuelle, who quickly pulled Olsen up in an attempt of the Queen Bee Drop, but Olsen managed to stop her by striking the leg of the Champion to bring her to the canvas. A high double knee drop from Olsen nearly kept Emmanuelle down for a three count, but the Champion fought back once more. They continued to trade big moves back and forth, eventually finding their way outside of the ring.
With twenty minutes left of the time limit, Emmanuelle was able to take control of the contest. After knocking Olsen into the steps, Emmanuelle ripped apart the commentator’s table to a chorus of cheers from the audience. Emmanuelle pulled in Olsen, looking for the Maximus Driver. However, Olsen was able to deliver a backdrop to the Champion, sending her onto the table. Unfortunately for Olsen, the table didn’t break, causing the Doctor to climb onto the table and pull the Champion up in an attempt to deliver a piledriver through it. Emmanuelle managed to fight her way out of the hold, delivering the Queen Bee Drop to the Challenger through the table!! Of course, the audience erupted in cheers with the impact of the move, but both women found themselves on the floor outside of the ring. The referee made the decision to stop the count out of respect to both competitors and the audience, in order to allow both women to get back into the ring. It took a while, but Olsen was brought into the ring, followed by Emmanuelle who looked for the cover. Amazingly, Olsen threw a shoulder up just before the three count. Olsen was winded, pulling herself into the corner as Emmanuelle threw caution to the wind as she went for the Platinum Dynamic. It proved to work against the Champion as Olsen moved out of the way, sending Emmanuelle crashing knee first into the middle turnbuckle!
Ten minutes left in the time limit, and Olsen was still targeting the knee of Emmanuelle. The Champion managed to escape the figure four leg lock, several leg strikes against the canvas and turnbuckles, even avoiding a second dragon screw into a hangman’s neckbreaker. With both women trying to put the match away, Olsen and Emmanuelle suddenly went for their big moves. A strong trip from Emmanuelle brought on the POT, but Olsen found the ropes within seconds of the hold being applied. Despite pulling Olsen back to the middle of the ring in an attempt to apply it again, Emmanuelle found herself on the receiving end of a small package for a near fall. Olsen ducked under the right hand from Emmanuelle, looking for her Superkick, but the Platinum Standard covered her head via instinct. This allowed Olsen to deliver the Superkick to her knee, followed by a half Boston Crab in the middle of the ring, wrenching on the badly damaged knee of the Champion.
With three minutes left, Emmanuelle barely managed to escape the submission by Olsen. The Champion found herself applying the Muay Thai Clinch, delivering stiff elbows to the side of the head of Olsen. She thought about going for a jumping knee strike, but Olsen caught her leg, forcing the Champion to roll backwards..RIGHT INTO A SUPERKICK!! Olsen fell onto Emmanuelle, but the Champion managed to get a shoulder up just before the referee’s hand hit the mat for a third time. Olsen stumbled to the corner, wanting to finish Emmanuelle off with another Superkick, but the Champion ducked under the kick, delivering a Maximus Driver. Just as the referee was slamming his hand down to the mat for a three, Olsen jerked her shoulder up, bringing Emmanuelle’s leg up as it twisted her knee once more!! The circumstance was unfortunate for the Champion, but a golden opportunity for Olsen to finish the contest.
With less than thirty seconds to go, Olsen hooked onto Emmanuelle. Going for the standing Spanish Fly, Emmanuelle immediately countered into a grapple for the Palisades Bomber. As she went into the air, Olsen threw her off to the canvas. Amazingly, Emmanuelle landed on her feet, ignoring the pain as she went for a bicycle kick to the head of Olsen, but Olsen delivered a stunning Superkick at the same time! Both women were completely spent on the canvas as the bell rang to end the match.
Incredibly, they went to a sixty minute time limit draw. In most cases, the audience would be livid, but the Miami audience stood in applause for both competitors. No pausing during the contest, no time wasting, it was two competitors fighting to be the best in the world.
After the match, both Emmanuelle and Dr. Runa Olsen were able to get back up. A sign of respect from the two incredible wrestlers came with a handshake in the middle of the ring. Olsen managed to get the last word in, citing “We’ll run this back one day.” The Champion agreed as the show came to a close.
